Abstract

Abstract: 
The development of nanotechnologies is based on the production of new materials which have specific characteristics. In nanosciences, interfaces constitute the places where atomic, molecular or nanoparticulate assembly results. These areas are particularly interesting and the physicochemical properties of thin films are often linked to the phenomena which occur through these interfaces. Thus, to achieve

the design of functional components with original and well-characterized characteristics and specificities, it is necessary to master the assembly mechanisms of the building blocks (atoms, simple or complex molecules or nanostructures) by "bottom-up" processes.

Le développement des nanotechnologies s'appuie sur la production de nouveaux matériaux qui présentent des caractéristiques spécifiques.  En nanosciences, les interfaces constituent les lieux où  résulte  l'assemblage  atomique,  moléculaire  ou  nanoparticulaire. Ces  zones  sont particulièrement intéressantes et les  propriétés physico  chimiques  des couches  minces sont souvent liées aux phénomènes qui se produisent à travers ces interfaces. Ainsi, pour aboutir à

la conception de composants fonctionnels avec des caractéristiques et des spécificités originales et bien caractérisés il est nécessaire de maitriser les  mécanismes d’assemblage des  briques élémentaires (atomes, molécules simples ou complexes ou des nanostructures) par des procédés "bottom-up".
